Greetings onto the tavern.

I apologize for the last minute advertisement, but due to a 
cancellation, I have been lucky enough to fill a slot at this weekends 
University.

Have you ever wondered how stained glass windows are created?

Have you ever wondered if the methods are different now, from in period.

Who WAS this Theophilus guy?

Yes, YOU can learn the answers to these questions, as well as find out 
that you too can create stained glass pieces as well.  If time allows, 
we'll also try to cover information on permanent glass staining as well.

Unfortunately, due to site restrictions, this is not a hands on class, 
but we will discuss modern tools, and their use in relation to period 
methods, and a detailed construction handouts will be available.

1:30 PM  *315 Stained glass - Strength and Fragility ***

       This class will go over various aspects of medieval stained 
glass, from its meager beginnings through the struggle to keep it alive 
through the reformation and World Wars.
