[MR] Spike for War time Muster Banners and Army Badges.

There is nothing Atlantian about stars, we be more associated with the sea.  As for spike and its usage, it seemed a simple thing.  What the hell we have gone on fine without anything so far, so do we need anything now?  As for astronomically confused, I know you were not referring to me so I'll not bother.

For those who might be astronomically challenged ( would that be
confused about the night sky or confused in a really big way? I
dunno...  ;) ), how about a single star on a blue or black field and
call it "the Northern Star".

Simple, elegant, easily drawn, painted, sewn, hard to confuse and you
can imagine it as being part of any constellation you wish.

Or, we could produce another Spike banner that will look like the rest
of the spike banners in an ocean of Spike stuff.

Hey, which of you Spike guys is gonna convince the central region to
retire that cog in favor of yet another spike?
