[MR] A good term for E-mail

In the SCA, we have many pseudo-words for modern things, farspeaker and
chariot and the like, and I have heard people refer to e-mail by talking
about a courier named Emil, but here is one I really like. In A Word a Day,
there was discussion of French language purists that said "Every other
country uses the term email, but the French prefer to stay with 'courriel'.

I like that as a term that won't jar by sounding modern, (at least to
European personae) and yet means e-mail.
