[MR] Current atlantia.sca.org status

[Atlantia Webminister]

As some of you may have noticed, access to atlantia.sca.org has been
spotty recently.  This  is a result two of the three authoritative
name servers at the sca.org level not resolving any sub-domains, such
as atlantia.sca.org.

As a result you may have problems accessing the site as well as
sending mail.  Currently I do know that mails sent to any
atlantia.sca.org address from yahoo and msn will bounce.

This problem is being worked and hopefully will be resolved soon.


--Education Note--

For those who are wondering what an authoritative name server is,
think of it as a file cabinet that stores information about a specific
domain.  An authoritative name server only has information about the
specific domains it has in it configuration file.
