[MR] ISO Shield Blanks....

Good evening gentle cousins,

Can anyone direct me to some kindly SCA merchant-folk who might stock (as in have available now) shield blanks, full-size heater-types, edges bound in mild steel and with holding straps affixed on back?  Slightly rounded would be preferred; I just want it to be of good quality and not yet painted with a device, though primed would be OK.  :-)

Partly for gifting, partly for I want one....  can anyone assist a wayward shopper?
