[MR] Fundraising for Hurricane relief.

Before groups run off to do fundraising for hurricane relief please 
remember
that AS an SCA group you are not allowed to raise funds and send them 
to the
Red Cross under a condition that they help ONLY SCA people.


The only acceptable practice is to raise the money to be donated to the 
Red Cross
(or other aid agency) and to put NO stipulation on it, other than 
sending it to their general fund.
