[MR] Pennsic 34 Windmasters' Hill Baronial Court 1 & 2 Report

Greetings All, 

At Pennsic 34, Their Excellencies Geoffrey Athos von Ulm and Maddalena Salutati,
Barun and Baronessa of Windmasters’ Hill did hold several courts. Herein are the
reports for the first and second of Their Excellencies Courts from the thirty
fourth Pennsic War. 

On Monday, 15 August AS 40, being the year 2005 in the common reckoning, did
Their Excellencies Geoffrey and Maddalena, Barun and Baronessa of Windmasters’
Hill open a court in Their baronial encampment. 

Called for into Their presences was Syr Bedawyr of Avaricum who was inducted
into the Order of the Boreas. 

With that business being complete, did Their Excellencies close their first
court of Pennsic 34. 

On Tuesday, 16 August AS 40, being the year 2005 in the common reckoning, Their
Excellencies, Geoffrey and Maddalena, Barun and Baronessa of Windmasters’ Hill,
opened Their second court of Pennsic 34. 

As the first order of business, Her Excellency stepped forward into the populace
to recognize and acknowledge Her mother Mathilde de Belle vue and did present
her with a rose. 

Their Excellencies then called forth all for whom this was their first event and
provided them tokens of appreciation. 

Lord Alixandre l'Élan Rouge was next called into the Baronial Presence where
upon he received His Excellencies thanks for the Alixandre’s excellent services
as baronial warlord. 

Into court was then called Lady Zita Dominguez, Lady Elspeth Macalpin, and Lady
Phillipa Tillinghast. Her Excellency expressed Her thanks to these good ladies
for their hard work on the Baronial Beautification Project and, in thanks, made
them Seamstresses to Their Court. 

Next before Their Excellencies was called Lady Beatrice Villani  who was granted
a Baronial Award of Excellence for having been present at Her Excellencies side
for every work party of the Baronial Beautification Project. 

Then Baron Wystan Roland Sacheverell was summoned before Their Excellencies and
presented Her Excellency’s personal token as a thank you for the hard work Baron
Wystan had done for the Baronial Encampment. 

Before Their Excellencies was then called Lord Manus MacDhai. His Excellency
thanked Manus for his hard work around the Baronial Encampment, especially in
bailing out the sump. Her Excellency then presented Lord Manus with Her personal
token. 

Lord Robert Maccuswell was next summoned before The Court and made an Honorary
Citizen of the Barony of Windmasters’ Hill with all of the rights, privileges,
and responsibilities pertaining there to. 

Their Excellencies then summoned forth Mistress Gwenllian ferch Maredudd and
made her an Honorary Citizen of the Barony of Windmasters’ Hill with all of the
rights, privileges, and responsibilities pertaining there to. 

The Baronial Order of the Kitty Hawk was then called before Their Excellencies,
and noting that the order was not complete, Lord Andreas de Caunteton was
summoned forth and inducted into the order. 

Into Court was then called Lord Solvarr Hammerson (formerly Xavier de Lyon) who
was granted a Baronial Award of Excellence for the iron work which adorned the
front gate of the campsite. 

Next was Matsuura san Suetsune (formerly Chow Nashitome) summoned forth. For his
hard work hauling gear, filling trenches, digging sumps, etc, etc, etc, Matsuura
was granted a Baronial Award of Excellence and made Bakfuno Gukan to Their
Excellencies Court. 

Next was Lord Andreas de Caunteton and Mistress Rosalind Jehanne brought forward
whereupon Lord Andreas proposed marriage to Mistress Rosalind and his proposal
was accepted. 

There being no further business, this second Pennsic 34 court of The
Excellencies was closed. 

The above being right and true to the best of my knowledge and as witnessed by
me, do I humbly submit this report.
