Here's hoping that all made it safe back from Pennsic
and didn't get bombarded by the predicted rain. Some
of us got to pack dry canvas but got to drive in the
rain instead. Oh well! <grin>
Sorry if you get this multiple times but several
people have asked me how to get started with
soapmaking and want their own personal class. (I have
been known to travel with equipment by the way.) If
you want to make soap because you or a friend has a
skin condition that's excellent or you want to make
soap because it's a quick way to make tons of
Xmas/12th night gifts that's also excellent. If you
want to start soapmaking as a business I recommend a
LOT of local area research and see what your niche and
competition might be. It's always lots more fun to
partner with existing businesses than to compete.
