Forwarded from the Middlebridge.  And remember also that Pennsylvania
1) requires older children to be in extra safety seats than some other
states--helps keep them much safer in accidents
2) likes to stop people to require them to show proof of insurance (so keep
papers unburied in gear)
3) is using military level laser vision equipment to see into cars at night
to check for seat belt usage
