[MR] EMailing the chronicler

As an FYI if you use yahoo, msn, gmail or other public, well known
email services you will get a bounce message saying that your message
was not delivered to her.  You don't have to panic,  there is a second
address on the chroniclers email alias your message will be delivered
and she will get it.
