[MR] Traffic Delays in DC

The Wilson Bridge is way out of the way to Pennsic, even for people in
Alexandria. Google recommends inner loop (clockwise) across the Legion
Bridge to 270, then 270 west - 70 west-turnpike.  For someone south of
Fredericksburg, I'd say US17 to Warrenton and up 15 through Leesburg
to Frederick, MD, or US17 to Marshall and use 66-81-37-522 west of
Winchester through Berkeley Springs and up onto 70 in the
30-seconds-in-Maryland part.
