[MR] Gas Shortage

With trepidation, I have read two messages so far about the 
shortages...My lord Husband has read that CNN predicts even higher 
prices that what we've already seen (3.20 in some areas), upwards of 
$4/gallon.

If it takes 2 weeks to ship here, are we not going to feel the pinch 
before that day comes when these stations around us shut down one by 
one?  I know that thought has gone through the minds of many

I hope everyone maintains the attitude common in the SCA (chivalry, 
honor) when traveling this weekend...it will be hard, I'm sure, when 
everyone else in the modern world shows a 'me first' attitude
