[MR] Websites for Pelicans, Laurels, Proteges and Apprentices

This site was created for this purpose (at least for
Apprentices) some time ago.

I would be very happy if someone would take it over as
I no longer have the time (clearly!) to maintain it.
The laurel site has been 'in the works' for quite some
time. No idea what the status of that one is....
