[MR] Need to borrow (or buy) rapier combat archery arrows & quiver

Actually, the only 'difference' in rapier combat arrows vs. heavy combat 
arrows is:

A) You don't need APD's (though if your arrows have them, that's fine)

B) You can't use Baldar Blunts (because they damage masks, and have 
injury issues do to their lack of padding).

So any UHMW, Markland, etc type Heavy ammo, is perfectly fine.

BTW Edona ... do realize that if you plan on authorizing 'rapier' CA, 
that you in fact end up being authorized in both rapier CA and heavy CA 
(ie, CA is CA)...

However therefore be prepared to answer some basic questions about doing 
CA as a heavy (such as armor requirements, how you die in heavy 
engagements, and valid shooting angles&targets.)
