[MR] Assistance for Sapphire Joust A&S

Greetings, all, on this fine spring day!

 

As the coordinator for Arts and Sciences competitions and displays for
Sapphire Joust this year, I am in need of volunteers to help with this
portion of the event.

 

For Saturday, I would like to have a minimum of four individuals to help
with check in and display of items, and to sit with the displays during the
day. I am looking for people willing to donate an hour or two during the
day.

 

On Sunday, I would like to offer A&S classes in the morning/early part of
the day. This is a great opportunity for those teaching at University the
next weekend to practice their class. Please let me know if you would like
to be included in the schedule.

 

I also have need of draping materials for display tables, and for banners
and hangings for the A&S pavilion, if there are any who would be willing to
lend. 

 

As always, I am grateful for the assistance of Atlantia's fine people.
