[MR] Coronation Cambok pictures

M'lord, I had no idea whether there were rules or not either.  But I did
find this - http://www.greydragon.org/library/cambok.html which explains
some origins of the game.  Of course, the game at Coronation had no sticks,
so I suppose it wasn't "actually" Cambok... oh well.
