[MR] Children's Activities at War College- Halloween Weekend!

Greetings! I hope that many of you are planning to attend War College next 
weekend in Elkin, NC. In planning for the childrens activities, I have two 
requests. One is for volunteers to aid me in this noble activitiy. If you 
are interested in helping out, please contact me off list. The second is 
that we would like to provide a safe and fun place for the children to 
celebrate Halloween. In this vein, I would kindly ask those people that are 
going to have tents on the field to bring some goodies for trick or 
treaters. For parents, I ask that you allow your children to dress up and 
partake in a safe and controlled trick or treating experience.
