This is just a reminder that if you are bringing a minor with you to Crown who is NOT your own child, you need to be able to present at Troll, a minor waiver (which Troll will keep) and a medical authorization form signed _by the child's parent(s) or legal (court appointed) guardian_.  The minor will NOT be admitted to the event without them.
 
The forms can be found on the seneschal's web page (http://seneschal.atlantia.sca.org/) under the link "waivers".  You need to complete both the "child waiver" and the "minor medical authorization".  Please note, the minor medical authorization form must be notarized.
