[MR] Exchequer Class at Crusades

To make up for the cancelled University class, the Exchequer 101 (warrant required class) is being offered at Crusades from 3-5.  I know Baroness Kisaiya has announced it but I thought I'd make very sure to get the information far and wide for those who need it.  Those who were under deadline, we'll discuss a new final date soon.
