Hi.  I have a project idea for doing fabric painting on silk for some
banners/pennants.  However, I'm unsure of where to start on this project.
Could someone knowledgeable about the period use of fabric painting on
banners please point me in the direction of some resources about period
useage, methods, and materials (as well as modern applications)?
