[MR] Attention: Individuals who authorized at Storvik Novice in July

Greetings,

If you authorized at Storvik Novice Tourney July 17, 2004 and have not
received your authorization cards:

Due to a filing error, a number of individuals did not have cards issued. I
have taken steps to correct this oversight and put procedure in place to
make sure it does not happen again. 

Those individuals who have not received cards are listed in the Atlantian
Fighters Database and will be allowed to participate in the combat
disciplines in which they were authorized even though their Temporary Cards
have expired.  

Authorization Cards will be mailed out this week.
