[MR] Important KASF Reminder

I am working with the autocrat to put out the
preliminary information booklet for KASF in time for
Unevent this weekend. A fully updated version should
be available in time for 12th Night.

There are two modes of static display possible--
individual and group displays. So, if the guilds of
Atlantia, as individual bodies, want display space
please, please, please let the autocrat
(ladysveva at yahoo.com) know ASAP, including approximate
number of tables as well as a name and contact info
for the 'organizer in charge' of the display. 

Also, if you are sponsoring a competition, PLEASE let
her & I know the details so I can get it into the
booklet ASAP. Right now the only competition details I
have are for the Royal Brewer. Sveva will also post
the information on the event web site.

Finally, if your group decides to hold a meeting at
the event, remember to let the autocrat know the time
and place, so it can be included in the information
packet given out that day.
