[MR] Truncated digests

Is anyone beside me receiving shortened digests? The
past two I received have listed 7 or 8 topics, and
only had 3. I realize I sometimes don't read the Merry
Rose as closely as I ought, but I'd prefer to pick and
choose the topics myself, rather than leaving it in
the hands of technological gremlins....
