Lords and Ladies, the Canton of Cyddlain Downs is working hard on the 
upcoming Feast of the Unicorn    http://schc.sc.edu/fou/index.htm     We hope 
that 
you will be able to join us for what promises to be an unforgetable weekend.  
Send in your reservations quickly, as feast is rapidly filling.  There are a 
number of fine hotels in the nearby town of Greenwood.

I have a few items of business about the event.  First, this is a dry site.  
It is a church camp, they have asked us not to bring alcohol, and we will 
honor their requests.  Secondly, they do not allow pets.  My apologies on 
this 
issue.  
The third issue is most important.  The flyer is unclear about the costs for 
the event, and as I have recieved reservations both ways I realize that I was 
not the only one confused.  The site fee should be added to the camping fee, 
for a weekend cost of $20 on-board, on-site for members.  Not a bad cost, 
especially considering that breakfast is included.  Reservations should be 
sent 
payable to the Canton of Cyddlain Downs, SCA, Inc.

November 19-21—Feast of the Unicorn

Martial Activities- Tournaments of skill and chivalry with armored combat.  
Our light weapons tourney will be dedicated to the honorable art of defense.  
The archery field will be open to all who wish to test their accuracy.
Arts and Sciences-There will be two competitions- any item featuring heraldic 
unicorns and overall display.  All are welcome to show off their talents and 
skills. 
Feast- A Feast for all palates!!!  Feast will be prepared by our Head Cook, 
Lord Nichola Buscelli (Greg Wardlaw) and his Crew of cooks.  This feast will 
be 
a delight that will please your eyes as well as your taste buds.  Please 
address all allergy concerns to our Head Cook, Lord Nichola, at 
kattratt at charter.net .             
Site- The site is beautiful Camp Fellowship, 457 Camp Fellowship Road, 
Waterloo, SC, 29384.  Our field is facing Lake Greenwood, SC.  Cabins with 
electricity and tenting are available.

Barbecue.
