[MR] dancing at Day at the Races

The beautiful Baroness of Ponte Alto has requested that there be dancing at Day at the Races, so I have taken up the task of leading all those who enjoy this wonderful pastime.  We will have live music performed by Harp and Drum.  So, come one, come all, and enjoy this day of festivities!
