I suspect that in a court of law, as pertains to the purposes of an
event or demo wherein someone is wearing armor for safety reasons
while fighting, this would be thrown out.  The people fighting don't
"hold meetings" and they do take off their helmets.  There are always
people at demos and events who are not in armor/fencing helms.  That
law was created because of the ku klux klan, and specifies disguise
and meetings.  By the letter of that law, you could get a letter from
the owner of the site and put it on file so you could still have the
event.  Demonstration in this case means like a rally or protest, not
demonstration how-to such as we do.

I'm guessing that's the context by which you posted this.  Unless, of
course, you posted it by accident to the list.
