Yes... You may clean it, and re-use it, provided it is the type that doesn't
require a CO2 supply, in which case, if it requires a CO2 supply, for a few
dollars investment, it can still be re-used in a home operation!
CO2 supply may not be necessary if you have a brew "finishing" within the
keg... If you have a local brewing supply/store, take it to them and see
what they tell you.
Be extremely careful when you clean the keg. Check all seals, making sure
EVERYTHING is properly sterilized!
