[MR] ISO "Barony of Caer Gelynniog"

Caer Gelynniog is not a barony but a College, and it is located in the western reaches of Caer Mear (its between Charlottesville and Richmond, in Fluvanna County). 
 
The site for University is the same site as Caer Mear's Baronial Investiture (Dec. 11th, 2004) and is approximately an hour west of Richmond.
