[MR] Travel fund

Random aside.  I was chatting with Count Martin (Atlantian by birth, 
Trimarian by geography) a few nights ago and he was actually appalled by 
out low travel fund allotment, and I mistakenly told him 750. 
Apparently Trimaris' Crowns have a $4000 travel budget.  Mind you they 
also have to fly more than we do, but I thought it an interesting 
juxtaposition.  Just food for thought.  For now, fundraisers are the way 
to go, and they can be anything from lunches, to silent auctions, to 
donation jars at events, practices, and meetings.
