[MR] Online Awards Database Notice

Howdy

Unfortuneatly the database that services the online awards database 
suffered a catostrophic corruption that resulted in some data loss.  If 
you have made a recommendation after 5/13 you will need to re-enter the 
recommendation back into the system.  Also if you have registred after 
5/13 you will need to re-register as well.  Please note that while it 
seems grim, all is not lost.  All recommendations that were made were 
mailed to the respective parties.  I am currently investigating what 
happened and I have accelerated the backup schedule on the affected system.
