[MR] Preparing for Sapphire

Greetings unto the subjects of Our glorious and noble Kingdom!

Since I last wrote, the autocrat for Sapphire has received many more
registrations.  For this I thank you.  As the event approaches, I find
myself checking the weather channel.  I believe I can say with some
certainty that it will be HOT this weekend.  Please come prepared.  Bring
and wear sunscreen.  Stay in the shade when you can.  Drink lots of water.

Speaking of water (and not the kind that falls from the sky)...I know the
waterbearers can always use more help.  With all the fighting activities,
having the A&S on the field, and lawn games, I suspect the waterbearers will
be quite busy.  Please lend a hand if you can.  Help is always needed
filling bottles and offering water to spectators and participants alike.
