[MR] Preregistraion for Sapphire

Unto the noble populace of Atlantia, greetings!

I would like to take a moment of your time to discuss event registration and
urge you to cross-post this message to other Atlantian e-lists.  I must
admit that His Majesty is much better than I at stirring speeches, so I will
speak plainly.  As any autocrat (or head cook) will tell you, it makes their
job much easier and the event more successful to have a good idea how may
people will attend.  This is especially true for Sapphire Joust, only a week
away.  His Majesty and I look forward to meeting you there and joining in
the many diverse activities that are planned - I am especially looking
forward to the lawn games.  Did you know the A&S tent will be on the field,
making it easier for fighters and artists alike to see each others displays?
Or that there are Sapphire Chivalry Tourneys on BOTH Saturday and Sunday?
Best of all, the weather forecast looks much more promising this year!
Master Fritz and the good people of the Barony of Caer Mear have been
working hard to prepare an excellent event.  If you plan to attend and have
not sent in a reservation, please do so as soon as possible.  If you were
thinking of skipping this one, think again!  It's not too late to register.
