[MR] Challange of The Heart, VIVAT!

  Greetings to all in the tavern...

I would like to thank the Barony of Dun Carrig for a
wonderful event today. We had great fun and the
weather was beautiful. I think we may have picked up
our first sunburns of the tourny season!

 The Archery, Heavy and Rapier lists were all well
represented and everyone fought in a chivalrous and
safe manner. The breeze may have given the archers a
run for thier money though. There was plenty of tourny
and pavillion space and once again the list field was
set up so that all the martial activies could be
easily seen by the gallery.

  The A&S display had many wonderful items and I was
quite impressed by the First Attempt item of a leather
quiver. It was neatly done and beautifully decorated. 

  We were not able to stay for the feast but many
gentles spoke of their eager anticipation of the
talents of the cooks!

  Once again we felt welcome in Dun Carrig and spent a
lovely day with many friends!
