[MR] Bright Hills' Garb Wars

There have been some small additions to the Garb Wars
event on May 15th-
  Each table for above the salt will be given a
tabletop trebuchet kit to continue the day's siege
mentality throughout the feast.
Each of these requires about an hour or two to glue
and assemble- EXACTO(s), glue and counterweights will
be available at troll at the table signup sheet.
Also at below the salt (depending on weather), there
will be fire poi jugglers for your amusement.
Several other fighting scenarios have been added- for
rapier, in addition to the posted tavern scenario,
there will be a "found" weapons melee and an
Aethelmearc circle.
