[MR] To all entrants in the upcoming Crown Tourney in May

Greeting to those Nobles and their Consorts planning on entering May Crown
Tourney.

    With just over a month to go to the upcoming Crown tourney we are once
again putting out a call to any who are entering to contact us with their
device so that it may be painted for the Shield Tree.  Do to the large
numbers involved we will need this information as soon as possible.  If you
think we already have a shield  for you please contact us anyway so we can
confirm that you do and there are no changes needed.  If you know you don't
have a shield ready, please provide the following information.  We will need
the blazon of your device, a line drawing of it, and a color picture would
be nice but not absolutely necessary.  Also include your email, and phone
number.  Please reply directly to us at janosandrachel at sc.rr.com and not to
the Merry Rose.

    Any device will need to have passed Laurel to be put on the shield tree.
If it has not, you will have a shield painted with the Atlantia Spike symbol
and your name.  If you have a shield from a previous Crown that we prepared
for one of the last 5 Crown Tourneys please let us know and plan to bring it
with you.
