[MR] I95 Thru Richmond

This only applies to those traveling from Northern VA
to any points south today. 
There has been a massive fire in downtown Richmond and
while I95 hasnt been officially closed yet, traffic is
at a stand still currently and depending on whether
they can get all the fires under control, they still
may have to close the interstate. 
I would suggest in the meantime considing the
extremely long route of I66 to I81S as an alternative
route if you are heading to Nottinghill Coill this
weekend.
