[MR] Update on A&S for Storvik Baronial Birthday in May

Greetings,
While we are not having "set" classes at baronial birthday so as not to overtly distract from the competitions being held and to make sure people are there to cheer for the participants, I would like to encourage open demos at the event. What this means is that if you would like to set up your craft in a particular space and have people stop by for you to explain, demonstrate or let them try your craft, I will make sure that space is put aside in the A&S tent for you and light refreshments provided so that you may do so comfortably. In addition, if you wanted to provide materials or supplies for people that you would need to be reimbursed for and need a head count or for people to drop you or me a line so you can get adequate supplies, let me know and I will post this information to the lists ahead of time so that people can see what is available and what to plan for.
 
I would like people interested in this idea to contact me off-list so that I can put this information on our website and newsgroup and include it within the flyer we give to those attending the event.
