Greetings to all and forgive the multiple posts for those on every list.
We are just a couple days away from this event and I wanted to put a
little extra information out that some of you might want to know. You can
look at the complete flyer on the website at birthday.nottinghillcoill.org.
First off, the Last Court of Janos & Rachel will start at 10:30 followed
immediately by the First Court of William & Julian. So for those who wish
to be there for this, be sure to get there early enough. The weather looks
to be near perfect, 75 degrees during the day and 59 degrees at night with
partly cloudy skies. There is still cabin and tent (both already setup
tents and tenting areas) space available and we increased the numbers for
feast so there are still some feast spots available.

The current schedule is:
FRIDAY
05:00pm Troll Opens - Anyone arriving before then may be put to work!

12:00am Troll Closes - Anyone planning on arriving later then that contact
me or Ealdthryth ahead of time so we can tell you where you are camped.
SATURDAY
7:30-9:00 Breakfast for all onsite guests
8:00am Troll reopens
10:00 until Morning Court ends - Entertainment of court attendants' children
ONLY. This includes Baronial and Atlantian children whose parents are
active in the court proceedings.
10:30- Last Court & First Court
11:30-12:00 Authorizations and inspections
11:30-3:30 Archery Range opens (Past the A&S hall)
11:30-3:00 Tavern Games - there will be a prize awarded to the winner (it
will be under a tent near the field)
12:00-3:30 Martial activities (Heavy & Rapier) on the Main Field
12:00-3:30 A&S Competitions in the A&S Hall
12:00-3:00 - Organized children's activities, ages 4 and up, at our
discretion, in the Screened hall
12:30 Royal Luncheon (under the Royal Tent)
2:00 Troll Closes - anyone on the feast waiting list check back to Troll by
then.
2:00 Meeting of the Golden Dolphins (Location is secret) (Ok, Ok, it
isn't really secret, I am just not sure exactly where yet!) Either in the
main feast hall or under a tent on the field.
3/3:30 Tourneys and competitions end
4:30 Evening Court
7:00 Feast begins
Following Feast (~8:30) Ball in Screened Hall next to Feast Hall -
SUNDAY
7:30-9:00 Breakfast for all onsite guests
11:00 Site closes except for staff doing cleanup.
Menu:
Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday
Bacon, eggs, and pancakes.
Feast on Saturday Night:
Beverages:
Lemonade.
Tea, sweet and unsweetened, water.
Salad, relish platter
Bread and Butter.
Baked Chicken.
Turnips and Cheese.
Roast Pork with prune and apple stuffing (Schweinebraten mit Pflaumen und
Apfeln)
Green beans with almonds
Fried apples.
Burgundian beef.
Herbed rice
