[MR] Australia to ban swords

While I feel their paper work may increase, I'm not as
worried. Re enactment groups are specifically listed
as a group with potential for exemption and SCA has
had a positive history over all for a very long time,
longer than most re enactment groups.

Since re enactment groups are specifically listed I'm
not as worried. I expect processes will be added for
them and more paper work will be added for these
groups but I doubt it will stall activities too
awfully long.
