[MR] Land at Gulf Wars

Unto the Good People of Atlantia does His Highness Cuan Send Greetings this
1st Day of March, 2004:

I would just like to extend my personal thanks to Countess Mary Grace who,
though living in England, was still willing to assist the Kingdom with Gulf
Wars land as she has for the last five years.
Her gracious service is an example for us all. And I want to point out that
the confusion regarding Atlantian camp at GW this year is in no way due to
any failure by Mary Grace. Her Excellency was timely at each step in the
process and the reponsibility for the failure to properly allocate land for
Atlantia in a timely fashion must rest squarely with the event staff.

Mary Grace, we will miss you this year at Gulf Wars, but I know that I speak
for all Atlantians when I say that we hope to welcome and honor you at
Pennsic in August. Thank you again for coordinating our land efforts from
across the ocean.

Sincerely,

Cuan
