Okay, I have fixed the issues with the HTML version of the Book of
Policy.  Both it and the PDF version are available at
http://law.atlantia.sca.org.

If you find any other issues, please dash me a note at
redtape at atlantia.sca.org.  I get the Merry Rose in digest format, so
it's a lot faster just to contact me directly.
