9:00 Hall opens (Please note we will not have access to the hall including restrooms until 0900)
10:00 Mol Opens for Sign in
10:00 A&S opens for Sign up
10:30 Fighting Fields Open
12:15 Break in Fighting for Lunch
12:45 CURIA  (Please note there is only a 30 minute break for lunch prior to Curia)
1:15  Fields Open once more
2:45 A&S closes (Sign up) and Judging Starts
3:00 Troll Closes
4:30 A&S items picked up
4:45 Fields close
5:30 Court
6:30-7 Feast Starts
9:30 Feast Ends (Anyone remaining on site will be joyfully accepted as hall clean-up crew!) 
11:00 Hall is cleaned and locked.
