[MR] Atlantian Book of Policy down?

Hmm.  I'm not sure why it cuts off in the middle of 1.3.1.2 in the HTML
version.  I'm at work now, so can't fix it from here, but I'll see what
I can do this evening.

The PDF version seems to be working fine, at least.
