[MR] Collecting Northern Commanders Information

Greetings all from one of your friendly neighborhood 
northern-region-deputy-warlords, Abel Brem.

I am starting to collect the contact information for each unit within the 
northern territory for Pennsic. This information will be reported to Lord 
Sylvanus Perrin (the northern-region-warlord), and his Majesty. Eventually, as the 
time draws near we will contact everybody as to numbers of fighters, and weapons 
mix. Additionally, I will also be talking to each one as we organize melee 
practices at upcoming events.

I am looking for each commander in the North to send me their Name, which 
group is theirs, their email (if any) and the telephone number. My current list 
is below.

While it was simple enough to assemble the list of Territory names, I do not 
know the names of each unaligned household that wishes to fight with Atlantia- 
if you are in such a house please send me the House Name, and unit 
commander's contact as listed above.
