Good gentles, once again I see it is time to remind those who post
missives to the Merry Rose concerning events, practices, etc. to tell us
in the first couple of lines *WHERE* this practice or event is -- **even
if the event is in the Acorn** -- some folks don't get one. Those
gentles on your local list may know the area, but not all the kingdom
does. An example:
Vikings vs Japanese!
The canton of Nowheresville (Menwith Hill, VA) is sponsoring...
And when you post directions, please remember that interstate highways
run through *many* states; directions that say "take exit 14 off I95 and
go three miles to Medford Rd" don't really help a lot unless we know the
state in which exit 14 is located! (especially if you haven't followed
the first request...)
