[MR] Latest on Pennsic area traffic enforcement

It all depends on how generous they are feeling at any
given time.  After living in PA for 8 years, and doing
a lot of traveling up and down the Northeast Extension
of the PA Turnpike (from Philly to Scranton), I found
that if you were keeping with the traffic, the
troopers generally left you alone.  It is the people
who are going faster than the flow of traffic, weaving
in and out of cars, etc, that the troopers tend to
pull over.  

Of course, again, this depends on which trooper it is,
and how happy he is at any given moment.  But this is
what I tended to find.  YMMV.
