[MR] Pennsic is almost here!

Unto the noble populace of Atlantia, greetings from your King and Queen!

Today we were truly alarmed to see just how close it is to land grab!  We know you are all working like mad to repair your armor, sew garb, pack and make all sorts of last-minute preparations, as are we.  Below you will find details on a variety of things.  We wish safe travels to you all, and look forward to joining you in battle and in revelry.  Good luck with your preparations!

Cuan and Padraigin

TRM Cuan and Padraigin are camping in Milleacre (N06).  TRH Janos and Rachel are camping in Kingdom of Atlantia (N05).  A full list of Pennsic encampments and map can be found at http://www.pennsicwar.org/penn33/land.html

The Kingdom will have a 20x30 Grimms tent on the battlefield that will serve as a royal presence, dayshade and mustering point for our army, and rain site for Our royal court.  There will be an Atlantian banner at the tent, so it should be easy to find.

Opening ceremonies are on Sunday, August 15 at 11:00 AM.  Our Warlord, Count Valharic, will be leading us as we process.  We would like to invite all Atlantians to join us, arrayed in heraldic garb (Kingdom, baronial, household, etc.  It's all good), to show the Knowne World our strength.  Count Valharic will post more details soon.

Atlantia is proud to have so many of our subjects serving the Pennsic staff and organizing actives for the Knowne World.  Please consider volunteering your time to assist them, or any other Pennsic department.  Specifically, the Knowne World Children's Fete and the Waterbearers are still in need of volunteers.
