[MR] FRS Common channel?

With all the people going to Pennsic here in a few
weeks, as well as the large number of FRS radios we
all seem to own, i was thinking that maybe we as a
Kingdom should designate one channel as our default
common channel. as well as communicating with the cars
in our convoys, we would be able to talk to other
SCAdians we happen to pass. i would suggest we use
channel 12, privacy code 15. 1215 is the year the
Magna Charta was signed, and should be easy to
remember.
