STORVIK NOVICE TOURNAMENT  

Activities for the Novice and non-Novice alike. The Rapier
tournament will begin at 11:30AM, the same time as the
heavy tournament. Her Excellency has requested that
rapier fighters be present to add spiff to the
Processional. 

The Novice Tournament will be run as a double
elimination where the loser of the bout will be tasked
to present a rose to a lord/lady whom the winner
designates. Anyone is fair game - the MoL, the
Baroness, but we ask that you not attempt to bribe the
marshals with flowers and respect the wishes of those
with allergies. 

After the tournament there will be a Bear Pit for
novices and non-novices so that we can all get our
fill of rapier for the day. 

As usual, to qualify as a Novice you must have been
authorized for less than 1 year.
