Responded to privately, but for the list:  At this time we do not have youth rapier.  We are working on it, but under the age of 16 is not currently allowed.  If the youth is 16-18 and wishes to fight with adults, they must undergo the minor authorization procedures, and that paperwork needs to be be started prior to practice, not just authorizations.

If you're a rapier, heavy (including "regulary heavy", combat archery and 
siege weapon) or a youth marshal (we have one lad who'd like to authorize 
as a youth rapier fighter)...  please please please consider coming to Last 
Chance in Petersburg this coming weekend.
